Can I suspend my subscription?

You can suspend a delivery by letting us know before 12 noon on the Friday of the week prior to the delivery that you wish to suspend. Just send us an email at customer@pacificpetals.com

 

What if I am not satisfied with my flowers?

Let us know! Send us an email at customer@pacificpetals.com. On very rare occasions, flowers may arrive damaged. We will do what we can to make you completely satisfied if you tell us within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. Where flowers have been damaged, we will normally ask for them to be returned or for photographs clearly showing the problem.

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

Unfortunately, subscriptions cannot be canceled. But don’t worry, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so send us an email at customer@pacificpetals.com to let us know how we can help.
