* Special circumstances such as the elevator cannot reach the delivery location directly (stairs are required for transportation) or the vehicle cannot drive to the door of the village house/villa will require additional charges.

Delivery Arrangement

- Our staff will assist in placing the Christmas tree in position.
- If requested, our staff can help dismantle the tree
- For trees without a new stand, we only provide delivery. We will not dismantle or install old stands.
- If the customer is not at home, the tree will be left at the doorstep.
- Our staff will clean up any leaves fallen in public areas (e.g. lifts, corridors, lobbies).
- Leaves fallen inside the home will not be cleaned, and we are not responsible for any property loss.

Christmas Tree Care Tips

Display Period
Large Christmas trees can typically last for 1 to 1.5 months, with the needles gradually fading in color over time.

Keep Hydrated
Before decorating, lightly mist the branches to keep them moist. After decorating, refill the tree stand with water every 1–2 days to prevent drying out. Avoid spraying water directly on electrical lights or ornaments.

Avoid Heat
Christmas trees are flammable and should be kept away from heaters, fireplaces, and high-heat lights. A cooler environment will help the tree stay fresh longer.

Prune as Needed
Remove any dry needles or trim overly long branches to maintain a neat and attractive shape.

⚠️ Remarks

(1) Free delivery does not cover remote areas.
(2) Delivery is limited to truck-accessible stops with lift access. Additional charges apply if stairs are involved for moving or delivery, or in special cases such as village houses/villas where vehicles cannot reach the entrance.
(3) Christmas trees are imported from the USA. Orders cannot be cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as weather, strikes, or trade disruptions.
(4) Noble Fir trees are natural products; variations in color, shape, and size are normal. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for these reasons.
(5) Full payment is required to confirm the order. Once payment is made, the order and amount cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
(6) Images are for reference only. The company reserves the right of final decision and modification.
