Saicho Osmanthus Sparkling Tea 750ML

saiElevate your palate with Saicho Osmanthus Sparkling Tea—a sophisticated, non-alcoholic alternative to classical sparkling wines that honors the refined tradition of Chinese flower-scented tea.

Inspired by the golden fragrance of autumn osmanthus, this limited-edition sparkling tea layers delicate floral notes with the natural depth of Tieguanyin oolong. It opens with honeyed osmanthus and golden apricot,sp unfolding into ripe apricot, crisp cucumber, and soft cherimoya, before finishing with a bright, silky mouthfeel and clean, gently dry tannins.

Sourced from the misty mountains of Xianyou County in Fujian, China, the Tieguanyin leaves are grown at approximately 800 meters and hand-picked in the early autumn mornings when the osmanthus scent is at its most intense. Fresh osmanthus flowers are then layered with the tea in a traditional 48-hour scenting process, with the blossoms replaced multiple times so the leaves naturally absorb their golden aroma. The finished tea is cold-brewed for 24 hours in British spring water to preserve its delicate fragrance and fine, persistent bubbles.

Flavor Profile: Honeyed osmanthus, golden apricot, cucumber, soft cherimoya, delicate florals, structured tannins
